1. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win the sweepstakes. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning.

2. Eligibility

• The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding residents of Idaho and Washington) and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
• Employees of Sweepstakes Gaming Company, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children), and household members are not eligible to participate.3. Sweepstakes PeriodThe sweepstakes begins at 12 am EST and ends at 12 pm EST. All entries must be received during the sweepstakes period to be eligible.4. How to Enter

• Visit the website and complete the online entry form.
• Limit one (1) entry per person per day. Multiple entries from the same person in a singleday will be disqualified.
• Additional entries may be earned by following specific instructions provided on thesweepstakes entry page (e.g., sharing on social media).5. Winner Selection

• Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period.
• The drawing will be conducted by Sweepstakes Gaming Company or its designee, whose decisions are final and binding.6. Prizes

• The prize(s) for the sweepstakes will be specified on the sweepstakes entry page.
• No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at Sweepstakes Gaming Company’s discretion.The prize is non-transferable.

7. Winner Notification

• The potential winner(s) will be notified by email within 1 number of days of the drawing.
• The potential winner(s) must respond to the notification email within 30 days to claimtheir prize.
• If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time period,or the prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize.8. Odds of WinningThe odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period.9. TaxesAll federal, state, and local taxes and fees associated with the receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.10.
